Café Con Mel x Connect Center Collaboration

Café con Mel, an exciting new spot in downtown Cohoes, is officially open!

The Connect Center has been thrilled to work with the co-owners of this new Café, Melisa Heeder and Melanie Diaz. By offering retail, specialty coffee, scratch baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, quick bites and lunch on the go, Café con Mel will be the go to spot in Cohoes!

The Connect Center was happy to provide a variety of furniture for Café con Mel which they fixed up to be a beautiful part of their space! Additionally, Café con Mel features a special sandwich, called the Benny, which they donate 33% of all proceeds of to the Connect Center every month.
