Volunteering with the Connect Center

Good afternoon, everyone!

Just a few reminders: 

This is our final week of Connect After School! We have loved having all our students, and wish everyone a great winter break. There are no programs on Tuesday, but we will be open Wednesday and Thursday. 

The Connect Center will be CLOSED for the final week of December. Pantry will not be open that Tuesday (12/27) or Thursday (12/29), but will resume its normal hours in January. 

Volunteer with us!

The Connect Center is currently looking for volunteers in the following two programs:

BackPack: Backpack volunteers help package and deliver weekend meals to eligible Cohoes students. If you are available on Fridays between 7:30 and 8:30am to package goods or 8:30-9:00am to deliver, you can help out by registering for dates in January here, and February here. 

Pantry: We are looking for a long-term volunteer to help run our food pantry. Our pantry serves as an emergency food source for residents of Cohoes and the surrounding areas. If you are interested and available any weekday from 10-2pm, please reach out to us at info@connectcenterforyouth.org for more details.
