Zachery Gohl

Zachery Gohl has been actively engaged in the Capital Region’s commercial real estate market for nearly a decade. Passionate about the potential impact responsible development can have on the surrounding community, he strives to create projects which leverage that opportunity to enhance an area’s wellbeing, building safer, stronger communities, and setting a standard for environmentally conscious development in the region. 

As Development Manager for The Rosenblum Companies, Zach identifies new opportunities, coordinating them from feasibility, budget and financing, through design and execution. Rosenblum projects utilize infill or vacant properties, deploying them in ways which bring jobs, revenue, and further business opportunity to the area while enhancing curb appeal and bolstering community wherever possible. Zach works to set a higher bar for green building and design in the Capital Region, facilitating partnership with agencies such as National Grid and NYSERDA, to create high performance sustainable properties like Industrie, Rosenblum’s first zero-emissions multifamily project or Launchbox, the areas first Net-Zero Energy Co-Warehousing venture, designed for startups and small businesses. 

Advocacy and equality are of the utmost importance to Zach, ensuring that people are represented and heard, regardless of race, gender, or preferences. He is an ardent believer in advocating for those who may struggle to advocate for themselves and is passionate about finding ways to connect people with paths to opportunity, growth, and self-improvement. Throughout their work with The Connect Center during the Leadership Capital Region 2023 Program, it was abundantly clear these values were shared with CCFY. Since then, Zach has remained involved with the Center, helping to build the early foundations of future initiatives and projects to help the center grow and continue its uplifting work.
