Our team is deeply committed to serving the Cohoes community and supporting youth and families through meaningful, hands-on programming. Together, we work to create opportunities, build connections, and help break the cycle of poverty by providing access to resources, education, and support where it’s needed most.
Executive Director
Ben Williams
Ben Williams leads the Connect Center with a vision to create lasting impact in the Cohoes community by expanding access to programs, resources, and opportunities for youth and families.
Program Manager
Alicia Phillips
Alicia Phillips oversees programming at the Connect Center, working closely with youth to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support growth, creativity, and connection.
Food Access Coordinator
Jessica Bassett
Jessica Bassett leads food access efforts at the Connect Center, supporting both the Pantry and Backpack Program to help ensure individuals and families have consistent access to food and essential resources in the Cohoes community.
